Prices start from $ 450 per RNA sample for smaller numbers of samples.
Prices include the arrays, reagents, basic data analysis, and service charges.
Prices for TrueLabeling-PicoAMP™ Service for LCM, Fine Needle Biopsies and other small sample sizes start at $ 350 per sample in addition to the microarray service charges.

RT² Profiler™ PCR Arrays

Prices start from $ 450 per RNA sample.
Prices include the arrays, reagents, basic data analysis, and service charges.

RT² Real-Time PCR

Reverse Transcription, which includes a RT-minus control, starts from $ 50 per sample.
Calibration Curve Service:

Calibration Curve prices start from $ 100 per gene for the calibration curve itself.
Prices for six PCR reactions (two template amounts in triplicate) start from $ 50 per sample per gene.

ΔΔCt Service:

Prices for PCR reactions in technical triplicates start from $ 35 per sample per gene.

Gene quantity counts must include a housekeeping control gene of your choice.
Prices include all reagents as well as service charges.

RNA Isolation Services:

Prices for Standard RNA Isolation Services from cells start at $ 150 per sample.

Agilent Gene Expression DNA Microarrays

You may purchase DNA microarrays directly from Agilent and ship them to us, or let us do the ordering for you using our volume discounts. Please check with Agilent for discounts available on DNA microarrays for academic and other accounts.

The Service Core currently supports the Whole Genome Gene Expression DNA Microarrays from Agilent. Please contact Technical Support if you are interested in service for the other Agilent Gene Expression, CGH, ChIP-on-chip, or SpliceArray DNA microarrays.

Affymetrix GeneChip® Service:

The standard full service price is $ 650 per sample processed on a GeneChip®.

Prices DO NOT INCLUDE GeneChips®. However, prices do include all other reagents as well as service charges.
Please check with Affymetrix for discounts on GeneChips® for academic users. Purchase GeneChips® directly from Affymetrix and ship them directly to us (on wet ice not dry ice) under a separate cover from your samples.

SPECIAL: We can perform service with one RNA sample on designated sets of two similar GeneChips® for only $ 750 per sample (instead of $ 1100, a $ 350 savings). Chip prices are not included. The eligible chip sets are: Human U133A & B, Mouse 430A & B, Rat 230A & B. Contact a Sales Representative for more details.
