SABiosciences ANNOUNCES NEW SOFTWARE SUITE FOR ITS COMPREHENSIVE LINE OF PATHWAY-FOCUSED DNA MICROARRAYS
Frederick, MD. Sept 23, 2004 - SABiosciences Corp. announced today the
availability of its new GEArray Expression Analysis Suite application software.
The new analysis suite is an integrated, web-based application that helps
researchers analyze raw microarray images and report gene expression results.
The analysis suite provides visual presentations of statistical data analyses
(scatter plots, clustergrams, and K means diagrams), as well as reports of
normalized intensities, present & absent calls, and color-coded
fold-changes.

microarrays (now over 60 designs) are included in the application and are kept
current for the user. A tutorial to the new analysis suite is available via
web-based seminars.
