designing unique 60-mer probe for each gene, and the number of arrays to

Synthesis:
Synthesizing biotin-labeled cRNA probes from your RNA samples using the
TrueLabeling-AMP™ Linear RNA Amplification Kit, our highly accurate
and sensitive method

Hybridization:
Hybridizing the synthesized cRNA to your customized geneCube™ array
with our optimized hybridization buffer

Cy3-Streptavidin
Binding and Detection:
Detecting the hybridized cRNA with Cy3-Streptavidin conjugate on a geneCard
reader

Data Analysis:
Delivering the raw data with annotation of the corresponding gene after
background correction and housekeeping gene normalization
