  Determining the array content including positive and negative controls, designing unique 60-mer probe for each gene, and the number of arrays to meet your specific needs

• Target Probe Synthesis:
  Synthesizing biotin-labeled cRNA probes from your RNA samples using the TrueLabeling-AMP™ Linear RNA Amplification Kit, our highly accurate and sensitive method

• Hybridization:
  Hybridizing the synthesized cRNA to your customized geneCube™ array with our optimized hybridization buffer

• Cy3-Streptavidin Binding and Detection:
  Detecting the hybridized cRNA with Cy3-Streptavidin conjugate on a geneCard reader

• Data Analysis:
  Delivering the raw data with annotation of the corresponding gene after background correction and housekeeping gene normalization
