The AmpoLabeling-LPR method enzymatically converts experimental RNA into labeled cDNA probe for hybridization with our pathway-specific cDNA GEArrays. This method improves gene expression profiling sensitivity and reliability over conventional methods, and provides results more similar to those of RT-PCR.

The Internal Normalizer: Making Conventional RT-PCR More Quantitative

The accuracy of conventional RT-PCR for relative gene expression profiling is limited by variability in the quantity or quality of the original RNA samples. Internal Normalizer technology makes it feasible to use a housekeeping gene as a universal reference in the same tube as the PCR for the gene of interest and to correct for systematic errors.
