Description
The Human miFinder RT² miRNA PCR Array profiles the expression of the 88 most abundantly expressed and best characterized micro RNA sequences in the human genome. Although they are well characterized, each of these miRNA sequences can regulate one to several messenger RNA transcripts, and conversely one mRNA can be regulated by one to several miRNA sequences. Therefore, the complex role that any given known miRNA sequence plays has yet to be completely defined. This array maximizes the likelihood of discovering miRNA sequences whose expression patterns correlate with the biological phenotypes that you study. Using real-time PCR, you can easily and reliably analyze the expression of these 88 miRNA sequences and discover which ones are most important to your research with this array.
