GEArray focused DNA microarrays are the ideal tools for studying gene expression associated with a biological pathway or disease state. Each pre-printed GEArray includes a thoroughly researched set of relevant, pathway- or disease- focused genes. Customized GEArrays allow you to select a panel of genes tailored to your specific research needs. Because of their focused design, data handling is easier and more straightforward, allowing you to finish your research projects much faster.

Pathway Focused: Includes 100-500 relevant, pathway-specific genes. Reliable and  Sensitive: Requires as little as 0.1 µg total RNA; results correlate well with PCR-based methods. Easy to Use: No special equipment required; priced from $ 60 per array.

With the combination of the excellent DNA binding capacity of a nylon membrane matrix, an advanced target labeling technology and the high sensitivity of chemiluminescent detection, the GEArray system delivers the superior performance demanded by a wide variety of microarray applications. Our recent innovations in the GEArray technology can now truly bring the routine use of microarray technology, and the capability to process larger numbers of samples, to every research laboratory. The Oligo GEArrays are our latest generation of pathway-focused DNA microarrays. The Oligo GEArrays contain the most up-to-date gene information for our most popular pathways, and we continually release more new pathways. Oligo GEArrays come in two formats: the HybTube Format, designed to be processed in a mini-hybridization tube using a standard hybridization oven, and the HybPlate Format, designed to be processed in an 8-well hybridization plate using any 60 ºC incubator. The HybPlate Format may also be used with a specialized but inexpensive Thermoshaker for easier handling and higher throughput. Oligo GEArrays are easy-to-use, economical, and can accommodate the processing of large numbers of samples.
