Oligo GEArray® Human Genome Stability / DNA Repair Microarray

HybTube Format Cat. No.: OHS-042
HybPlate Format Cat. No.: EHS-042

Description
The Oligo GEArray® Human Genome Stability and DNA Repair Microarray profiles the expression of 113 genes related to the maintenance of genome stability. Genes involved in base-excision, nucleotide excision, and mismatch repair processes are included. This array also contains genes involved in double-strand break (DSB) repair and the RAD6-dependent pathway. The key genes involved in genome stability and telomere maintenance are also represented. Through a simple side-by-side hybridization experiment you can determine differential gene expression between your samples.
