| Description |
| The TrueLabeling-PicoAMP™ Kit is designed to
amplify and label antisense RNA from as little as 50 as much as 500 pg of total
RNA for hybridization to the Oligo GEArray® from SABiosciences or the
Agilent Gene Expression DNA Microarrays. Starting from total RNA, this kit
utilizes an advanced two-round RNA amplification procedure to generate
labeled antisense RNA (aRNA), also known as labeled cRNA target. The method
provides a much simplified and robust procedure that can be completed in two
tubes, and requires only one intermediate cleanup step and less than four
hours hand-on time. It consistently generates enough labeled cRNA for
microarray hybridization when starting with as little as 50 pg of total RNA
(or total RNA from 20 eukaryotic cells). TrueLabeling-PicoAMP™ has been
specifically designed and optimized for improved sensitivity while
maintaining the representation of the original RNA.
