| Description |
| The eight-well Multi-Chamber HybPlates
are each designed to hold up to eight (8) Oligo GEArray® HybPlate
formatted microarrays during hybridization and washing in the
GEArray® Express Thermoshaker. The enclosed Adhesive Foil Plate
Seals are used to seal the Multi-Chamber HybPlate to minimize
evaporation and the cross-contamination of samples during
hybridization.

Multi-Chamber HybPlate:
Use clean forceps to transfer one Oligo GEArray® HybPlate format membrane (Catalog
Numbers starting with EHS, EMM, or ERN) into each hybridization
chamber. Place the array with bar-coded serial number facing up and
aligned along the right side of the hybridization chamber. Proceed
with the microarray experiment according to the GEArray Express User Manual.
Adhesive Foil Plate Seal:
Peel off the paper backing from the Seal and then carefully place
it on the HybPlate so that the adhesive strips line up with the top
of the ridges dividing the individual hybridization chambers. Use a
flat soft object (e.g., a small rubber mat with a solid backing) to
press the Seal down onto the HybPlate so that all wells are
sealed. |
