Prepare all reagents
Set up Antigen Standard and sample dilutions as needed. |

Add 50 µL of sample into each well of ELISArray plate.
Incubate 2 hours. |

Wash three times. |
|

Add 100 µl of 1X Detection Antibody. Incubate 1 hour. |

Wash three times. |
|
|
| 6. |
Add 100 µl of Avdin - HRP. Incubate 30 minutes. |
|
|
| 7. |
Wash four times. |
|
|
| 8. |
Add 100 µl of Development Solution. Incubate 15 minutes
in the dark |
|
|
| 9. |
Add 100 µl of Stop Solution. Read OD 450 within 30
minutes. |
