rat promoter. These assays are designed and validated for SYBR Green based
real-time PCR and optimized to measure genomic DNA promoter sequence enrichment

Search for and select the desired ChIP-qPCR assays from our 30 kb promoter 1
kb tiling series for every RefSeq transcription start site (TSS) by first
selecting your genome and then either a TSS indicator (Gene Symbol, GeneID or
RefSeq ID) OR by selecting the appropriate genomic chromosome
