SABiosciences has developed a method for amplifying picogram (pg) amounts RNA from as little as 10 cells, such as those from LCM samples and Fine Needle Aspiration Biopsies (FNAB), and converting them to labeled cRNA for microarray hybridization. The TrueLabeling-PicoAMP™ Service is an advanced method specifically optimized for our pathway-focused GEArray microarrays. It exhibits a low amplification bias on these arrays that maintains the relative gene expression profile found in the original small amount of RNA. Now you can reliably characterize the expression a specific set of genes relevant to a biological pathway or a disease state in your LCM samples.

We use the Arcturus PicoPure™ RNA Isolation Kit for LCM samples and our own ArrayGrade™ Total RNA Isolation Kit for all other samples.

TrueLabeling-PicoAMP™ Service
Our two-round RNA amplification and cRNA target labeling service is specifically optimized for the GEArray microarrays.

NOTE: Confirmation of the quantity and quality of these samples can only be performed after the TrueLabeling-PicoAMP™ Service and not on the RNA itself. Positive and negative control reactions are included in the service and setup fee prices. The cRNA yield and quality from all of the reactions are then compared before continuing the complete service.
